Materials and Construction:
All Cabinets are face framed construction using birch wood species.
- All cabinet boxes are birch veneer 7 ply plywood stained to match door on outside and natural stain on inside.
Finish topcoat is UV. - Face frames are ¾” thick with 1½” wide stiles and rails. Joints are mortise and tenon.
- Shelves are ¾” thick with 5mm holes in cabinet for adjustment.
- Backs are dado’s in cabinet sides. Dado extends to the floor on base cabinets.
Drawers:
- Drawers are birch solid wood 5/8″ thick wood dovetail drawer sides, stained natural with UV topcoat.
- Drawer glides are full-extension, soft-close hardware.
- Drawer fronts are slab with profile edge with a full overlay 5-piece center miter construction.
Doors:
- Mitered doors are full overlay 5-piece miter construction with 2¾” stiles and rails.
Finish:
- Polyester topcoat is applied to doors, drawers, and face frames. Glazing is applied to doors and drawer fronts on some cabinet lines. All other parts are finished with UV topcoat.
- Sherwin-Williams finish.
